Job Description

Westrans is a leading remanufacturer and supplier of parts for commercial trucks, light duty vehicles, agricultural equipment, and heavy-duty industrial equipment. Westrans is looking to hire a hard-working individual to join our Production team.

As a core receiver you will be the first point of contact for our customers who are picking up or dropping off units and cores. You will be welcoming our customers, assisting them to safely load or unload their vehicles and ensuring they have all the required documentation and receipts.

Job Duties & Skills Required:

Greet and welcome customers who are coming to pick up or drop off products.

Ability to identify all core returns, serialize the returns and document bin locations for each product.

Provide customers with receipts and any additional information.

Ensure accurate documentation for all incoming units/cores and forward all paperwork to the production office.

Assist customers with safely loading and unloading products from their vehicles.

Moving units from core receiving area to the dismantling department.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good skills in customer service.

Willing to be trained on the forklift.

Ability to lift 50 pounds.
