Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the aesthetic care department, ensuring high standards of service delivery. Supervise and train staff on best practices in aesthetic treatments and client interactions. Develop and implement protocols for aesthetic services to enhance client satisfaction and safety. Maintain inventory of products and supplies, ensuring all necessary materials are available for treatments. Conduct consultations with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services. Monitor client feedback and adjust services as necessary to improve overall experience. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to continually enhance service offerings.

Experience

Proven experience in aesthetic care or a related field is required. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Knowledge of current aesthetic treatments, products, and technologies is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Certification or relevant qualifications in aesthetics or beauty therapy is an asset. Pay: $22.61-$45.45 per hour
