Description du poste
: En collaboration et en soutien a la Directrice principale, Talent juridique, le/la titulaire du poste sera responsable de la coordination des processus et programmes de gestion du talent professionnel, notamment le recrutement, la formation, le developpement professionnel, la fidelisation et la promotion des etudiant(e)s, stagiaires et avocat(e)s du cabinet. Le/la titulaire du poste travaillera egalement dans les dossiers strategiques et confidentiels de remuneration, de gestion de la performance des avocat(e)s et d'accession a la societe.

Ce poste releve de la Directrice principale, Talent juridique
Responsabilites cles :
Coordonner les programmes relatifs au recrutement, au developpement professionnel, a la retention, a la remuneration, a la gestion de la performance et a l'accession a la societe des avocat(e)s du cabinet;
Agir a titre de personne-ressource aupres de la clientele interne de l'equipe Talent juridique;
Assurer un support administratif aupres de la Directrice principale pour les divers dossiers dont elle a la responsabilite;
Collaborer avec les collegues de l'equipe Talent juridique lors des periodes plus occupees.
Formation et experience :
Diplome d'etudes post-secondaires en bureautique, administration ou domaine connexe;
Experience pertinente en coordination et soutien administratif au sein d'un d'environnement ;
Experience au sein d'un cabinet de services professionnels, un atout.
Qualifications :
Bilinguisme a l'oral et a l'ecrit (francais et anglais) compte tenu de la clientele, des mandats et de l'envergure internationale du cabinet;
Haut niveau de proactivite, d'autonomie et excellent sens de l'organisation;
Grande discretion et confidentialite;
Capacite a developper et a maintenir des relations de travail positives;
Excellentes habiletes interpersonnelles et en communication;
Habilete a travailler en collaboration au sein d'une equipe;
Maitrise de la suite MS Office (dont Excel et Power Point).

Job description:
Working with and supporting the Senior Director, Legal Talent, the incumbent will be responsible for coordinating legal talent management processes and programs, including recruitment, training, professional development, retention and promotion of the firm's students, stagiaires and lawyers. The incumbent will also work on strategic and confidential files including compensation, and performance management of lawyers and those joining the partnership.
Immediate supervisor:
This position reports to the Senior Director, Legal Talent
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate programs relating to the recruitment, professional development, retention, compensation, performance management and partnership track of the firm's lawyers
Act as a resource person for the Legal Talent team's internal clientele
Provide administrative support to the Senior Director for the various files for which she is responsible
Collaborate with colleagues in the Legal Talent team during busier periods
Education and experience requirements:
Post-secondary diploma in office automation, administration or related field
Relevant experience in coordination and administrative support in a fast-paced environment
Experience in a professional services firm, an asset
Qualifications:
Bilingual, French, and English (oral and written) given the clientele, mandates, and international scope of the firm
High level of proactivity, autonomy and excellent organizational skills
Discretion and confidentiality
Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office suite (including Excel and Power Point)
