Il.elle se distingue par sa volont\xc3\xa9 dappliquer les diff\xc3\xa9rentes certifications environnementales.




Principales t\xc3\xa2ches :

• Tenir le r\xc3\xb4le de charg\xc3\xa9.e de projets et assurer le suivi de nos projets LEED, WELL et autres aupr\xc3\xa8s des membres d\xc3\xa9quipes de projets

• Effectuer des analyses de projets en corr\xc3\xa9lation avec les syst\xc3\xa8mes d\xc3\xa9valuation LEED, WELL, etc... ainsi que dautres initiatives durables

• Soutenir les diff\xc3\xa9rents intervenants et les \xc3\xa9quipes internes dans lint\xc3\xa9gration de strat\xc3\xa9gies durables et dexigences aux diff\xc3\xa9rentes certifications pour des projets de nouveaux b\xc3\xa2timents et de b\xc3\xa2timents existants

• Participer \xc3\xa0 la recherche et la mise en action des pratiques \xc3\xa9mergentes dans les projets

• Aider \xc3\xa0 am\xc3\xa9liorer les bonnes pratiques au sein de nos 3 bureaux (Montr\xc3\xa9al, Toronto, Ottawa)

• Participer \xc3\xa0 des \xc3\xa9v\xc3\xa8nements ax\xc3\xa9s sur le d\xc3\xa9veloppement durable (webinaire, conf\xc3\xa9rences, table ronde)

Reporting to the Partner Architect, this person will work with the Sustainable Strategies team and support the firms various project teams. The ideal candidate demonstrates attention to detail in their work, the ability to multi-task, synthesize information, and an interest in the various environmental certifications. The main responsibilities will include.




Key Tasks:

• Act as a project manager to ensure successful project realization, in accordance with contractual needs and objectives;

• Support the various stakeholders and internal teams in the integration of sustainable strategies and requirements of different certifications for new and existing building projects

• Identity sustainable strategy opportunities and propose solutions for different projects

• Produce the required technical documents for LEED, WELL, Zero Carbon and any other relevant certifications

Coordinate and monitor LEED, WELL, and any other relevant projects with project team members Ability to develop an architectural specification

• Produce project analysis in accordance with LEED, WELL and other rating systems or sustainability initiatives

• Participate in the creation of technical documents and act as an internal reference for questions related to sustainability
