Apercu du poste :





Le/la Coordonnateur(trice) du Controle des Inventaires et de la Conformite est responsable du maintien de registres d'inventaire precis, de la surveillance des transactions en entrepot et de l'assurance de la conformite aux politiques de l'entreprise ainsi qu'aux exigences de la loi Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX). Cette personne effectuera des audits quotidiens sur diverses activites liees a l'inventaire dans notre entrepot, incluant, sans s'y limiter, la reception des marchandises, les audits de remorques/sorties, et les comptages cycliques. Elle collaborera etroitement avec des equipes interfonctionnelles telles que les Operations, la Conformite des Fournisseurs, l'Audit Interne et la Comptabilite des Inventaires pour assurer l'exactitude et l'integrite des donnees.

Responsabilites :




Repondre aux demandes liees au controle des inventaires et resoudre les problemes et ecarts identifies. Enqueter sur les ecarts d'inventaire, en identifier les causes fondamentales et mettre en oeuvre des actions correctives. Effectuer des audits aleatoires pour reconcilier les ecarts d'inventaire. Traiter les ajustements d'inventaire quotidiens une fois les ecarts valides. Analyser et tester aleatoirement les procedures de comptage cyclique et physique de l'entrepot pour assurer la conformite. Preparer des rapports hebdomadaires/mensuels pour les reunions executives, en fournissant des analyses claires et exploitables. Documenter et maintenir les processus internes et les flux de travail, y compris les procedures operationnelles normalisees (SOP) et les guides de formation. Gerer et organiser les fichiers/documents cles dans le repertoire partage. Participer aux audits trimestriels et annuels d'inventaire ainsi qu'aux procedures de comptage physique de fin d'annee. Proposer des ameliorations aux processus et a l'efficacite lorsque possible. Soutenir les initiatives d'amelioration continue visant a optimiser les processus et reduire les couts.

Competences et qualites recherchees :




Sens du detail, esprit analytique et grande organisation, avec une capacite demontree a travailler rapidement et a fournir des informations precises et exploitables. Autonomie, motivation personnelle, perseverance et debrouillardise. Capacite a etablir et maintenir des relations de travail efficaces avec plusieurs parties prenantes. Maitrise de MS Office, avec competences intermediaires en Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI et Microsoft Teams pour les rapports de conformite et de variances. Excellentes competences en communication, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit (bilinguisme prefere : anglais/francais ou espagnol). Excellente gestion du temps et connaissance des techniques d'organisation. Capacite a travailler en collaboration interfonctionnelle, avec de solides competences interpersonnelles. Capacite demontree a gerer des priorites concurrentes dans un environnement dynamique et axe sur les delais. Attention exceptionnelle aux details pour garantir l'exactitude et l'exhaustivite du travail.

Formation et experience :




Baccalaureat en comptabilite, administration des affaires ou gestion de la chaine d'approvisionnement. 2 a 4 ans d'experience en controle des inventaires, logistique ou operations d'entrepot; une experience dans une entreprise cotee en bourse ou dans un environnement reglemente par SOX est fortement souhaitee.

Overview:





The

Inventory Control & Compliance Coordinator

is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring warehouse transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirementsor performing daily audits on various inventory related activities performed at our warehouse including, but not limited to, inbound receiving, outbound/trailer audits, and daily cycle counting. This individual will work closely with cross functional teams including Operations, Vendor Compliance, Internal Audit, and Inventory Accounting to ensure inventory accuracy and data integrity is maintained.


Duties & Responsibilities:




Assist with Inventory Control enquiries to resolve identified inventory issues and discrepancies. Investigate and identify root causes of inventory variances and initiate action to rectify the issues. Conduct random audits as required to reconcile inventory variances. Process daily inventory adjustments when variances are identified and validated. Analyze and perform random testing on warehouse cycle count and physical count procedures to ensure compliance Prepare Weekly / Monthly reports for key executive meetings that provide actionable insights vs. just the data, in a clear and concise manner. Document and maintain internal processes and workflows including SOP's and training guides Manage and organize files/ key documents in share drive Participate in quarterly and yearly inventory audits and year-end physical count procedures Make recommendations to improve processes and efficiencies where possible Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes that add value and reduce costs

Detail oriented, analytical, and highly organized with proven ability to work quickly and deliver accurate and actionable information Autonomous, self- motivated, tenacious, and resourceful Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with several stakeholders MS office proficiency with intermediate Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI, and Microsoft Teams skills for compliance and variance reporting Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (Bilingual Preferred) English/ French or Spanish Excellent time-management skills, and knowledge in organizational techniques. Ability to work cross-functionally, demonstrating strong interpersonal and collaborative skills Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment Exceptional attention to detail to ensure completeness and accuracy of work

Education and Experience

:


Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management 2-4 years' experience in inventory control, logistics, or warehouse operations; experience in a publicly traded company or SOX-regulated environment strongly preferred

Certifications (Optional but Valued)



APICS/ASCM Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM) APICS/ASCM Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) Six Sigma Yellow / Green Belt
