Nous recherchons un(e) Coordonnateur(trice) des ventes pour rejoindre notre equipe administrative et jouer un role essentiel dans le soutien aux ventes et aux operations de service a la clientele. Apercu du poste



En tant que Coordonnateur(trice) des ventes, vous serez un pilier pour nos equipes de ventes et de service a la clientele. Vous preparerez des dossiers de soumissions, gererez les communications avec les clients, coordonnerez les rendez-vous de ventes, preparerez les propositions clients et veillerez a assurer des reponses rapides au nom des gestionnaires de comptes. Vous offrirez egalement du soutien pendant la saison hivernale et contribuerez au bon deroulement des operations quotidiennes.

Responsabilites principales



Soutien au service a la clientele



Assister l'equipe CSR avec les courriels entrants et les demandes des clients (telephone, courriel, visites au bureau). Commander et gerer l'inventaire des fournitures de bureau. Fournir du soutien pendant la saison hivernale, incluant les appels de garde et la gestion des escalades.

Coordination des ventes



Preparer les soumissions et assembler les dossiers complets, ainsi que resumer les soumissions remportees. Reserver et coordonner les rendez-vous de ventes. Envoyer rapidement les estimations de ventes et assurer le suivi aupres des clients. Gerer les boites de courriel des gestionnaires de comptes pour assurer la reactivite. Animer les reunions de planification et en rediger les resumes.

Qualifications



Diplome d'etudes secondaires (ou equivalent). Minimum de 3 ans d'experience dans un poste similaire. Bilinguisme (francais et anglais). Excellentes competences en communication ecrite et orale. Solides aptitudes organisationnelles. Maitrise intermediaire de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). A l'aise avec la technologie et capable d'apprendre rapidement les logiciels de l'entreprise. Excellente gestion du temps, capacite a gerer plusieurs taches simultanement. Patient(e), adaptable et axe(e) sur le travail d'equipe, avec de solides competences en ecoute.

Position Overview



As a Sales Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our sales and customer service teams. You'll prepare bid packages, manage client communications, coordinate sales appointments, prepare client proposals, and ensure timely responses on behalf of key account managers. You'll also provide support during our snow season and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities



Customer Service Support



Assist the CSR team with incoming emails and client inquiries (phone, email, walk-ins). Order and maintain office supply inventory. Provide support during snow season, including on-call responsibilities and escalation management.

Sales Coordination



Prepare bids and assemble bid packages for submission, as well as summarize won bids. Book and coordinate sales appointments. Send out sales estimates promptly and follow up with clients. Manage account managers' email inboxes to ensure responsiveness. Run pre-planning meetings and summarize key discussions.

Qualifications



High School Diploma (or equivalent). Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. Fully bilingual (French & English). Strong written and verbal communication skills. High level organizational skills. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Tech-savvy with proven ability to quickly learn company software. Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills. Patient, adaptable, and team-oriented with strong listening skills.

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
