En tant que Coordonnateur(trice) de centre a Scholars de Brossard, vous soutiendrez le Directeur du centre dans les operations quotidiennes, vous aiderez a la coordination du personnel et vous contribuerez a offrir une excellente experience aux eleves et aux familles. Ce role offre l'occasion de travailler directement dans les operations du centre et de contribuer au succes des eleves.?

Heures d'ouverture du centre?



Lundi au jeudi : 12 h a 20 h? Samedi : 9 h a 14 h? Ferme le vendredi et le dimanche?
Soutien aux operations

Soutenir le Directeur dans les taches administratives quotidiennes et les operations.? Aider a coordonner et a soutenir les activites pour assurer un fonctionnement quotidien fluide.? Gerer efficacement les horaires des eleves et des tuteurs.? Contribuer a la communication entre le Directeur, le personnel et les familles.? Repondre aux questions et demandes administratives courantes.?
Croissance du centre et soutien a la clientele?

Aider a traiter les nouvelles demandes d'information, les evaluations et les procedures d'inscription.? Aider a planifier les consultations avec les parents et les seances avec les eleves.? Etablir des relations positives avec les familles, les ecoles et les organismes communautaires.?
Responsabilites de coordination du personnel?

Soutenir l'embauche et l'integration de nouveaux tuteurs.? Aider a maintenir un environnement d'equipe positif et collaboratif.? Aider a la planification des horaires et a la coordination du personnel.?
Service a la clientele et soutien aux eleves?

Maintenir une communication reguliere et amicale avec les parents concernant les progres des eleves.? Aider a coordonner les programmes des eleves et a suivre les objectifs academiques.? Superviser la planification des eleves et la logistique des programmes.?
Competences et qualifications requises?

Une formation en enseignement ou une experience liee a l'education est preferee.? Une connaissance du programme scolaire quebecois est un atout.? Une experience en service a la clientele, en tutorat ou en soutien educatif est utile.? D'excellentes competences en communication en francais et en anglais (orales et ecrites).? Des capacites solides en organisation et en gestion du temps.? La capacite a gerer plusieurs taches et priorites simultanement.? Une attitude amicale et professionnelle et une volonte de soutenir l'equipe.? Fiable, ponctuel(le) et minutieux(se).?

As a Centre Coordinator at Scholars Brossard, you will support the Centre Director with day-to-day operations, assist with staff coordination, and help deliver an excellent experience for students and families. This is a hands-on role where you'll contribute to centre operations and student success.

Centre Hours



Monday to Thursday: 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Closed Friday and Sunday
Supporting Centre Operations

Assist the Centre Director with daily administrative tasks and centre operations. Help coordinate and support centre activities to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. Manage student and tutor schedules efficiently. Help with communication between the Centre Director, staff, and families. Respond to routine administrative questions and requests.
Centre Growth & Client Support

Assist with new inquiries, student assessments, and enrollment procedures. Help schedule parent consultations and student sessions. Build positive relationships with families, schools, and community contacts.
Staff Coordination Responsibilities

Support hiring and onboarding of new tutors. Help maintain a positive and collaborative team environment. Assist with staff scheduling and coordination.
Customer Service & Student Support

Maintain regular, friendly communication with parents about student progress. Help coordinate student programs and track academic goals. Oversee student scheduling and program logistics.
Qualifications and Skills Required

Teaching background or education-related experience is preferred. Knowledge of the Quebec curriculum is a plus. Experience in customer service, tutoring, or educational support is helpful. Excellent communication skills in both French and English (written and verbal). Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities. Friendly, professional attitude and willingness to support the team. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
