Resume du poste:



Le(la) Coordonnateur(trice) au recrutement soutient l'equipe des ressources humaines en gerant les aspects administratifs et operationnels du processus de recrutement.

Responsabilites principales:



Coordonner et planifier les entrevues entre les candidats et les gestionnaires d'embauche. Affichage des offres d'emploi sur les sites internes, externes et sur le site Web de l'entreprise. Maintenir et mettre a jour les systemes de suivi des candidatures (ATS) et les bases de donnees des candidats. Communiquer avec les candidats tout au long du processus d'embauche, en fournissant des mises a jour en temps opportun. Aider a la redaction des descriptions de poste et au tri des CV. Mener des entrevues telephoniques ou virtuelles initiales. Gerer les processus prealables a l'embauche, tels que les verifications des antecedents et des references.

Ce que nous recherchons:



Baccalaureat en ressources humaines, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe prefere. 1 a 2 ans d'experience en recrutement ou en administration RH est un atout considerable. Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles, organisationnelles et de gestion du temps. Excellentes competences en communication ecrite et verbale en francais et en anglais.

Job Summary:




The Recruitment Coordinator supports the HR team by managing the administrative and operational aspects of the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Post job openings on internal and external job boards and company website. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases. Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates. Assist in drafting job descriptions and screening resumes. Conduct initial phone/virtual interviews. Manage pre-employment processes, such as background checks and reference checks.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR administration is a strong asset. Strong, interpersonal, organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in French and in English.
