Nous sommes a la recherche d'un(e) Coordonnateur (trice) service client dans un role de service a la clientele / receptionniste de bureau. Ils auront diverses responsabilites administratives et pourront prosperer dans un environnement de travail en evolution rapide. Le candidat ideal possede de solides competences axees sur le service client, et receptionniste. Cette personne fera preuve d'un enthousiasme dans son travail et appreciera de soutenir departement operationnels!
Vos principales responsabilites:
Responsable d'accueillir les visiteurs, de repondre aux appels telephoniques entrants sur un systeme de communication Cisco multi-lignes et les acheminer, de repondre aux courriels des clients;
Suivi de dossier, repondre aux clients et resoudre certains problemes;
Commander les fournitures de bureau, mettre a jour le materiel de presentation, soutenir les autres departements selon les besoins;
Travailler avec nos representants du service client (chauffeurs) pour assurer une facturation precise, et les demandes des clients ou tout probleme de service;
Responsable pour les comptes debiteurs et comptes crediteurs;
Divers rapports dans Oracle, Excel, ABS a maintenir et a mettre a jour quotidiennement;
Faire de l'entree de donnees dans le systeme interne;
Classer des documents;
Autres taches connexes reliees au travail administrative.
Etes-vous la personne que nous recherchons?
Diplome d'etudes secondaires (DES);
Bonne connaissance de la Suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel et Outlook);
Bilingue en anglais et francais (parole et ecrite);
Minimum de 2 ou 3 ans d'experience dans un role de soutien administratif;
Avoir un esprit d'equipe et faire preuve d'autonomie;
Sens de l'organisation et des priorites, gestion de stress;
Habilite a apprendre rapidement, professionnel, responsable et fiable;
Experience avec une console telephonique
Etre reconnu pour ses habiletes de communication et son sens du service a la clientele.

Career opportunity
Canadian Linen and Uniform Services Company is looking for a Coordinator for the customer service department. They will have a variety of administrative responsibilities and can thrive within a fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate would exude strong customer-focused skills, and receptionist. This person will demonstrate an enthusiasm in his/her work and enjoy providing support to various operational departments!
What you'll do:
Responsible for greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls on a multi-line Cisco Communication system, responding to customer's emails;
Securing office supplies, collating and updating presentation materials, supporting other departments as needed;
Working with our customer service representatives (drivers) to ensure accurate invoicing, bank settlements, customer inquiries or any service issues;
Processing daily data entry timely and accurately with various programs;
Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable;
Various reports in Oracle, Excel, ABS to be maintained and updated on a daily basis.
We are looking for individuals who are:
Post-secondary education, preferably in a related area of study;
Fluency in both English and French is required (verbal and written);
Minimum of 4 years of experience within an Administrative and/or Office Support role;
Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software programs (I.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint);
Superior communication skills (both verbal and written);
Excellent customer service skills and effective listening communication skills: both written and verbal;
Demonstrates professionalism in punctuality, attitude, and grammar;
Extremely organized in his/her approach to document control and administrative functions;
Performs other duties as assigned.
