With operations in Canada and international suppliers, we are looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Bilingual Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role requires fluency in Mandarin and English, and ideally French, as communication with both local clients and overseas partners is essential.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will manage daily logistics operations, oversee delivery tracking, and communicate with both clients and suppliers. You must be bilingual (Mandarin and English), with trilingual abilities (including French) being a strong asset.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with carriers and the warehouse Communicate with Chinese suppliers to track orders and deliveries Respond to customer inquiries in Mandarin, English or French regarding lead times, product availability, and returns Prepare shipping labels, customs documentation, and packing slips Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with purchasing for restocking Handle returns and resolve logistics-related issues Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and internal policies Maintain logistics records and systems accurately
Requirements:

Fluency in Mandarin and English or French, both spoken and written (French is a strong asset) 1-3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with tools such as Excel, shipping platforms, and inventory systems
Assets:

Knowledge of Canadian customs procedures and freight transportation Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
