FrancaisSous la direction du Gerant Inventaire & Entrepot, le coordonnateur logistique coordonne les activites de reception, expeditions et transport des clients/fournisseurs et leurs activites reliees au flux des materiaux.

Plus precisement:

Coordonner les heures de rendez-vous avec les achats, pour les receptions et expeditions Validation des bordereaux de reception et transport avec notre systeme ERP Gestion des documents de receptions dans logiciel Bottomline. Repondre aux questions sur la reglementation de l'agence frontaliers du Canada et autre departement du gouvernement Canadian. Gestion quotidienne de traitement des commandes d'expedition aux clients ou transfert entre usine et les documents standards. Preparation des factures commerciales pour les envois speciaux lorsque requis Repondre a la demande FTN pour certificats CUSMA pour matieres premieres Responsable de la documentation pour programme CTPAT Gestion de la boite courriel de la planification ou/et achats Preparer et receptionner les commandes achats relie au departement de l'entrepot



Competences recherchees :

DEC ou formation equivalente (entrepots, distribution et transports) Posseder un minimum de 2 ans d'experience en milieu d'entreposage dans une entreprise. Experience avec systeme ERP (preference JDE) Experience en milieu alimentaire un atout tres important. Bilingue (francais et anglais) Planification, bonne organisation et souci du detail Esprit d'equipe, communication efficace et sens de l'autonomie Excellente collaboration entre les services Vision d'une amelioration continue et methodes de travail bien structurees Bonne capacite a determiner le degre d'importance des priorites Maitrise de la suite MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Under the direction of the Inventory & Warehouse Manager, the Receiving, Shipping & Transportation Coordinator coordinates the receiving, shipping and transportation activities of customers/suppliers and their activities related to the flow of materials.

Specifically

:
Coordinate appointment with purchasing, for receiving, and shipping Validation of receipts and transport slips with our ERP system Management of reception documents in Bottomline software. Answer questions concerning regulations from the Canada Border Agency and other Canadian government departments. Manage processing shipping orders to customers or transfer between factories and standard documents daily. Preparation of commercial invoices for special shipments when required Meet the FTN demand for CUSMA certificates for raw materials Responsible for documentation for CTPAT program Management of the inbox, planning and/or purchases Prepare and receive purchase orders related to the warehouse department

Required skills

:
DEC or equivalent training (warehouses, distribution and transportation) Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a storage environment in a company. Experience with ERP system (JDE preference) Experience in a food environment is a very important asset. Bilingual (French and English) Planning and organization skills, and attention to detail Team player, effective communication and sense of autonomy Excellent collaboration between departments Vision of continuous improvement and well-structured working methods Good ability to determine the importance of priorities * Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
