• Develop and maintain a strong, reliable carrier network by securing the best freight rates.
• Book freight and handle all documentation to keep things on track.
• Make sure commitments are met, risks are managed, and solutions are found when needed.
• Be the go-to contact for our stakeholders, ensuring every interaction is a positive one.
• Keep Traders informed on logistics opportunities and market intelligence.
• Identify areas for improvement within our logistics processes and help drive innovation.
• Build your expertise in the grain trading world and become a key asset to our team.

What You Bring

• Post-secondary degree in administration, logistics, accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong customer service experience with a knack for communication and negotiation.
• Detail-oriented and accountable, youre someone who takes pride in seeing things through.

• R\xc3\xa9serve le fret et pr\xc3\xa9pare tous les documents n\xc3\xa9cessaires pour garantir la bonne marche des op\xc3\xa9rations.
• Veille au respect des engagements, g\xc3\xa8re les risques, et trouve des solutions en cas de besoin.
• Sois le point de contact privil\xc3\xa9gi\xc3\xa9 pour nos partenaires et assure des \xc3\xa9changes positifs et productifs.
• Tiens les Traders inform\xc3\xa9s des opportunit\xc3\xa9s logistiques et des renseignements du march\xc3\xa9.
• Identifie les opportunit\xc3\xa9s dam\xc3\xa9lioration et contribue \xc3\xa0 linnovation dans nos processus logistiques.

Tes comp\xc3\xa9tences

• Dipl\xc3\xb4me postsecondaire en administration, logistique, comptabilit\xc3\xa9 ou dans un domaine connexe.
• 3+ ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience en logistique.
• Ma\xc3\xaetrise de langlais et du fran\xc3\xa7ais.
• Exp\xc3\xa9rience solide en service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le, avec de fortes comp\xc3\xa9tences en communication et n\xc3\xa9gociation.
• Un abonnement de transport en commun.
