Job Description


:Job SummaryThe Uniforms Coordinator will play a key role in managing the uniform inventory process. This position is critical to ensuring that uniform requests from team members are handled efficiently and that uniform stock levels are consistently maintained. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure uniform distribution meets the needs of our operartions.
Duties & Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Oversee the tracking, storage, and organization of uniform inventory to ensure accurate stock levels at all times.
  • Uniform Requests and Dispatch: Coordinate distribution across all stations.
  • Returns and Exchanges: Manage the process of uniform returns and exchanges, ensuring that all transactions are properly logged and tracked in the system.
  • Inventory Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of inventory data to forecast uniform demand and identify any potential shortages or surpluses.
  • Stock Replenishment: Provide regular updates on inventory levels, usage trends, and upcoming uniform needs to management for an accurate replenishment plan.

Qualifications
  • College diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in a customer service position
  • Experience in working with computerized record keeping systems, accounting and billing procedures
  • Experience working with inventory systems
  • Accuracy with data entry
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS-Office products including Excel, & Word
  • Ability to carry garment bags, with ability to push/pull up to 50lbs
  • Ability to travel as required
