Who We Are

The Undergraduate Records Office is dedicated to accurately maintaining student information in a reliable and confidential manner while delivering high quality student service within an environment of high volume.

About the Role

Reporting to the Assistant Registrar, Undergraduate Records, the Coordinator, Undergraduate Records participates in the review of business processes and practices, and system requirements. The incumbent reviews and audits graduation evaluation activities completed by faculties to ensure accuracy and completeness before forwarding for recommendations to Senate, reviews and audits academic progress reports and course duplications, and works with faculties and departments to ensure students are compliant with the University\xe2\x80\x99s course duplication policy.
The Coordinator, Undergraduate Records coordinates the President\xe2\x80\x99s Honour Roll and Dean\xe2\x80\x99s Honour Roll to ensure student\xe2\x80\x99s extraordinary academic achievement is recognized publicly and privately.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree and three years of related experience, including experience in a post-secondary environment conducting policy audits and program administration, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

  • Excellent knowledge of student information systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral, written, and presentation).
  • Ability to exercise mature judgment, initiative, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Ability to analyze and to resolve problems quickly, efficiently, and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in the use of enterprise systems, word processing, database, spreadsheets, and desktop publishing applications.
