Your role, your impact




As a Coordinator, Subcontractor Lifecycle, you'll be responsible for the administrative and operational management of human resources related to the hiring, monitoring, and renewal of subcontractors. You'll ensure that practices comply with internal policies and legal obligations while providing frontline support to both managers and subcontractors.



You'll also serve as a senior advisor to managers, contributing to training efforts, coordinating key projects and initiatives and overseeing daily team processes and priorities.


Your day-to-day




Oversee daily team activities and priorities, ensuring effective coordination and alignment with operational goals; Train team members on relevant policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, and ensure ongoing adherence to internal and legal standards; Manage the full administrative onboarding process for subcontractors, including document collection, file creation, and verification of legal and tax status; Draft and prepare service contracts and contract renewals in accordance with internal policies; Ensure accurate updating and monitoring of subcontractor records in HR systems; Coordinate the offboarding process for subcontractors, including closing IT access and archiving files; Work closely with Finance and IT teams to ensure proper processing of payments and system access management; Maintain and update contract templates and other administrative documents, in alignment with directives from the Legal team; Recommend and implement process improvements to optimize the efficiency and quality of subcontractor management. #LI-Hybrid

Keys to your success




University degree in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field, with relevant HR administrative experience (ideally with subcontractors or contractors); Proficient in office software (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable with HR systems (HRIS); Skilled in preparing and managing administrative contracts, with knowledge of onboarding and offboarding processes; Strong communication skills in French and English; customer service oriented and discreet; Detail-oriented, organized, and autonomous, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities; Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a daily basis with vendors outside of Quebec.
