As a driving force for our company's Work Life Wonderful community experience and related projects, this role is responsible for supporting our committees in their initiatives, providing operational and logistical support to employees, and maintaining a central repository for all related information.



As the successful candidate, you have a passion for creating and curating experiences and a strong commitment building relationships with community partners. You are a culture champion with strong organization skills, known for bringing energy and purpose to collaborative initiatives.


This position requires full-time, in-office work and is not eligible for a hybrid arrangement.




A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle and personal cellphone is required.




Qualifications:




A minimum of two years of experience in a workplace committee, community board/committee is required Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and build relationships Ability to maintain strict confidentiality Strong project management skills and problem-solving skills Capability to multitask and handle competing priorities High level of attention to detail and accuracy Strong team player and able to work independently Proficient in building presentations (e.g. PowerPoint) Proficient in Excel workbooks Flexibility to work outside regular working hours at certain times (including weekends) Event planning or management experience would be an asset
