We have a full-time opportunity for a Coordinator, Sales Support at our Saint John, NB Corporate office. Currently we offer flexibility for our teams to work a hybrid schedule which provides the opportunity to work together in our Saint John office and also to work from home with company provided equipment.

The Coordinator, Sales Support provides crucial assistance to Wyndham\xe2\x80\x99s sales team and customers, helping enable revenue growth while gaining exposure across all aspects of the end-to-end sales process. Primary responsibilities include supporting sellers by handling activities across the sales process as well as across multiple opportunities. Typical activities range from sales meeting preparation, providing proposal and RFP response support, rate loading, and facilitating contract execution to help secure new business for your assigned sales team. Sales Coordinators often liaise with hotels directly to support RFP responses, address collateral needs, build presentations, and coordinate meeting logistics with prospects and customers. Sales Coordinators also support existing customers by addressing inbound requests and questions related to reporting, invoicing, and activation. The ideal candidate is highly motivated by team success, and collaborates effectively with prospects, customers, hotels, vendors and internal teams to help drive new sales for Wyndham.

Our ideal candidate will have a demonstrated one (1) to two (2) years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant work experience and a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree will be considered an asset. Your strong project management, analytical skills and exceptional written and verbal communication skills will ensure your success in this role.
