Primary responsibilities include supporting sellers by handling activities across the sales process as well as across multiple opportunities. Typical activities range from sales meeting preparation, providing proposal and RFP response support, rate loading, and facilitating contract execution to help secure new business for your assigned sales team. Sales Coordinators often liaise with hotels directly to support RFP responses, address collateral needs, build presentations, and coordinate meeting logistics with prospects and customers. Sales Coordinators also support existing customers by addressing inbound requests and questions related to reporting, invoicing, and activation.
