The PR & Influencer Coordinator will be at the core of our influencer and PR relationships by using their creativity to strategize all types of onboarding techniques in order
to find qualified creators to expand DYNAMITEs presence in the influencer and digital media realm, curate content, report on performance, and help the team execute successful campaigns. They must also be a proactive, highly motivated, and inspired self-starter as they will have a unique opportunity to work directly with individuals in all areas of the business.Main Responsibilities:Influencer Marketing:

  • Support influencer campaigns by coordinating product orders, preparing PR mailers, and managing shipping logistics for influencer partnerships;
  • Assist with influencer outreach, identifying and researching potential influencers who align with brand values and campaign goals;
  • Coordinate influencer agreements and ensure the timely delivery of products for brand collaborations and content creation with tremendous attention to detail;
  • Ensure that quality content (branding and messaging) is delivered on time and follows brand and social media guidelines for consistency across all channels;
  • Track influencer content performance, compiling reports to measure the success of influencer initiatives;
  • Conduct competitive research, staying on top of industry trends and identifying new opportunities to expand the brand's influencer network;
  • Support the team as needed to reply to inquiries from the public relations inbox and social media platforms in a quick and timely manner;
  • Assist with our campaign development, logistics, and implementation in collaboration with our internal team and external partners as needed.
Analytics & Trends Research:
  • Research news, trending conversations, pop culture, and social media trends, and help brainstorm ways that we can be part of the conversation in the culture that resonates with our consumer;
  • Monitor competitor activity and influencer partnerships to maintain a competitive edge;
  • Analyze influencer content performance using tools such as GA4, Instagram Insights, Tiktok insights, Dash Hudson, Creator-IQ, Impact, and other analytics platforms;
  • Contribute to delivering weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting providing key metrics and learnings compared to the brand's influencer performance targets.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field;
  • Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in social media and/or influencer marketing, preferably in a retail environment with a proven track record of delivering compelling content and a significant increase in traffic, sales & engagement;
  • Bilingual: excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English;
  • Experience in fashion would be an asset;
  • Excellent knowledge of social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube);
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace, Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides is an asset;
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adjust to new priorities as required;
  • Demonstrate strong relationship-building and collaborative skills with both internal teams and external partners to drive measurable results.
