To successfully complete the FoodHero project there is a need to hire a project coordinator (7 months contract) who can support with the national deployment of FoodHero (which is an approved Tier 2 EPMO project). The role will report into Sustainability and work collaboratively with Retail Operations and FoodHero teams to efficiently rollout the program along with effectively engaging with internal and external stakeholders to support the continued success of our national deployment plan.

Here\xe2\x80\x99s where you\xe2\x80\x99ll be focusing:

• Work in close collaboration with FoodHero and Sobeys Inc Retail Operations teams and other stakeholders to support the expansion of the FoodHero App across Sobeys Inc banners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Sobeys Inc locations, Operations, and Sustainability teams to increase engagement
• Provide excellent customer service on daily basis, responding to user requests in timely manner, assisting stores with posting food items
• Drive ongoing engagement of Sobeys Inc banners on the FoodHero platform across Canada, meeting and exceeding targets for store engagement and sales activity
• Develop and maintain relationships with DOs, store managers, franchise operators, and in-store teammates to gain support for expansion of the FoodHero App
• Liaise with FoodHero\xe2\x80\x99s National Operations team to ensure efficient program delivery
• Coordinate and facilitate training session, providing demonstrations of the FoodHero platform and helping establish best practices
• Deliver presentations with the goal of increasing engagement
• Compile reports for Sobeys Inc stakeholders, ensuring reports meet the requirements of the program
• Collect user feedback from Sobeys locations; conduct structured evaluations with stores to improve usability
• Identify, investigate, and resolve issues that may arise with program activities, working closely with FoodHero\xe2\x80\x99s Customer Support team
• *Bilingualism (French) is strong asset

What you have to offer:

• Minimum 3 years grocery retail experience
• Strong computer experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Highly organized with a keen eye for details
• Ability to work within a team or autonomously as needed
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good time management skills \xe2\x80\x93 ability to handle multiple priorities, organize work and meet deadlines
• Excellent customer service skills
