Position Description

Responsibilities-
Assists the Project Manager(s) with basic coordination of project plans, schedules and materials to attain project quality, reliability, cost and timing objectives.
Gains knowledge of project management processes and procedures; provides project management support by assisting with the development of detailed plans for Assigned Project execution for each phase of the Assigned Project, including total completion of the Assigned Project.
Provides administrative support to the Project Manager(s) by reporting on performance, tracking completion of work as scheduled, tracking status of actions for the project team, liaising between different areas of the Assigned Project, and helping provide recommendations on recovery of the performance of the Assigned Project.
Identifies when actual performance does not meet planned performance in accordance with the Assigned Project work schedule and helps provide recommendations for corrective actions to the project team to improve; escalates non-conformances to Project Manager(s) and/or project team.
Assists the Project Manager in the development of basic execution plans while maintaining the element of safety within a nuclear facility.
Works closely with project team members, internal and external stakeholders to ensure adequate project alignment and coordination is occurring at all levels.
Requirements-
College degree, preference for education relating to Project Management/Construction Required or
University degree, preference for education relating to Project Management/Construction Required
1+ years 1-5 years of Project Administration / Coordinator experience, Preferred
1+ years 1-5 years of experience in a construction environment in Nuclear sector is Preferred
