The

Product Integration Coordinator

plays a key role in the success of our products. As a true go-to person, you'll ensure the smooth flow of information, keep our processes up to date, generate reports, and contribute to various projects. It's a stimulating position that combines analysis, organization, and collaboration.

Main Responsibilities




Respond to client requests and coordinate with internal teams Create, update, and manage documentation (technical sheets, processes, statistics, etc.) Manage product numbers and structures in the ERP system Provide support to the Director, Supervisor, and Product Manager Contribute to process improvements and track tasks and deadlines Maintain product data tools (Tub ID, Tub Spec Tool) Manage small projects from design to implementation, in collaboration with other departments Develop phase-out plans for products and communicate project progress to stakeholders

Profile Sought




College diploma (DEC) or equivalent Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (manufacturing experience is an asset!) Knowledge of an ERP system (e.g., Navision) Familiarity with project management methods (Gantt) Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams) Strong oral and written communication skills in French (advanced) and English (advanced)
