You will be called upon to collaborate with other members of the human resources team daily to provide administrative support on various files. Your problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to use technological tools will allow you to excel in this role. Responsibilities:

  • Assume management of a team of two HR technicians
  • Assign tasks to your team and ensure deadlines are respected, and deliverables are met
  • Validate all data and changes related to employee files, both for InnovMetric and for the various subsidiaries
  • Be responsible for the pre-processing of data transmitted to payroll
  • Participate in different configurations of the human resources management system and coordinate the deployment of modules in branch offices
  • Process various requests to be recorded in the human resources management software, including changes in salaries, titles, etc.
  • Perform administrative follow-up of annual evaluations for the parent company and its subsidiaries
  • Produce various reports and documents for payroll and managers
  • Write and edit letters and documents in both English and French
  • Participate in varied files and carry out the required follow-ups
  • Perform any other related tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Possess a degree in a relevant discipline
  • Have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Possess an advanced level of English (written/spoken) and an impeccable level of written French
  • Mastery of the Office Suite software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Be comfortable working with different software and IT tools
  • Be endowed with a great sense of detail, rigor and consistency
  • Ensure excellent priority management
  • Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Exercise discretion and respect confidentiality
  • Possess good listening skills and interpersonal skills
  • Have a strongly collaborative work style.
