Responsibilities
Enter and process sales orders accurately
Enter purchase orders and provide client confirmation
Handle dispatching for a single truck, including scheduling and driver communication
Provide excellent customer service by phone and email
Manage customer inquiries, documentation, and deposits
Assist in monitoring and maintaining social media accounts, including posting updates, responding to messages, and supporting basic content creation
Collaborate with leadership on special projects and administrative tasks
Maintain organized records and ensure timely follow-up on all tasks
Manage relationships with car dealerships, including sending out monthly pricing, receiving wholesale orders, and coordinating with dispatch to arrange vehicle pickups
Qualifications
Experience in operations, customer service, logistics, or administrative support (preferred)
Basic experience or comfort with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Proficiency with standard office software (email, spreadsheets, order-entry systems)
Positive attitude and strong teamwork mindset
