Your Opportunity:Work with Facilities Maintenance & Engineering (FM&E) representatives from the North Zone as well as the AHS affiliates. In this role, you will work to develop and maintain provincial standards and guidelines for preventative maintenance (PM) scheduling. You will also develop Master Model Record (MMR) and asset descriptions. Collaborative work will take place alongside managers in designing and implementing meaningful Key Performance Indicators (KPI)\'s/benchmarking, developing training resource. You\'ll provide training to FM&E staff and customers, liaison with Capital Systems on troubleshooting issues and software upgrades and system enhancements, develop standard reporting templates and scheduled reports, provide continued e-Facilities technical support to FM&E and our Customers. Your support and expertise in building operations relating to standards, codes, projects and maintenance procedures will be pivotal to the role. Maintaining strong working relationships is important to you, and you are able to ensure open communication with key stakeholders and leaders within AHS, as well as outside contractors and trades people. Assistance will be ongoing with FM&E with respect to fleet vehicle management, updating monthly vehicle information; you\'ll provide managers with vehicle reports and training on Fleet Vehicle Services (FVS) electronic management system. Other aspects of the role will include supporting the FM&E team with inventory(parts) management, data collection, electronic inventory management, and superuser of electronic inventory tracking sheet.
