DEPARTMENT SUMMARY: The Entitlements Team is responsible for the efficient and timely processing of income
transactions to clients' accounts. Specific functions of the team include: Processing of stock & cash distributions,
Dividend Reinvestments (DRIP), GIC's, and Bond Interest & Maturities. The department supports other lines of business
including the Trade Desk and Consultants for positions held under both the IGSI and IGFS dealer platforms.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Entitlements Coordinator will be responsible for daily processing of key business transactions
related to various Entitlement events considering tax implications, and trading activity. The Coordinator will reconcile
payments utilizing automated reports and conduct research to resolve any discrepancies. The position requires an ability
to perform in a time sensitive environment and deal with fluctuating work volumes with attention to detail.
