We currently have an opportunity as Coordinator Early Careers & Talent Planning.Here\'s where you\'ll be focusing:

  • General coordination of student programs (calendars, surveys, scheduling, booking rooms, checklists, food & materials)
  • Monitor & triage shared inbox emails
  • Send out all group communications for Early Careers and Strengths sessions
  • Maintain student resources and materials
  • Attend committee meetings, take minutes and send out to participants
  • Maintain project workback plans
  • Coordinate all administrative tasks for CliftonStrengths assessments and sessions (trackers, scheduling, pre-reads, facilitators, materials)
  • Support execution of leadership workshops (virtual or in-person) as needed
  • Support Talent Team on projects as needed
  • Support Talent Development & Planning budget/invoice processes
  • Communicate with business leaders, teammates, students regarding Early Careers initiatives
  • Liaise with HR Business Partners, Accounts Payable, and other internal stakeholders as required

  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Administrative experience preferred
  • Able to take initiative and pro-active, a self-starter
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Ability to thrive in a results-oriented environment and drive positive change
