The primary purpose of the Digital Marketing Coordinator is to assist the Canadian Wealth Management (WM) digital marketing team with the administrative and operational execution of various projects, initiatives and day-to-day operations, ensuring operational efficiency, high performance and client service. You will work closely with the rest of the Digital Marketing team to contribute, problem solve, manage workflow, and execute digital marketing strategies for advisors. In this role you will also assist other teams within the Canadian Wealth Management marketing team.
What you will do?
Lead advisor website consults using best practices and our current technology platforms to help them create websites to connect with their future clients
Assist in the administration and operation of the WM leads mailbox, working with the Digital Marketing team, other head office stakeholders, advisors and branch managers
Facilitate various aspects of the IA website program, including new website creations for new investment advisors, working closely with our vendors to ensure timely developments and fixes of any bug-related issues
Manage administrative aspects of digital marketing test and learns like Seismic Social, Twitter, SEM, email marketing platforms, and more
Assist advisor teams with optimizing their digital presence, adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements
Assist with keyword research and analysis as required for ongoing SEO enhancements for both advisor websites and public corporate websites
What do you need to succeed?
Must have
You have 3+ years of marketing experience in a consulting role, financial services or similar and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
You have experience applying proven marketing strategies to enhance performance, including SEO, accessibility, and other user experience best practices.
You take a client-first, collaborative approach to your tasks, making an effort to build effective relationships.
You can independently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
You're comfortable speaking in front of a variety of listeners and use your strong verbal and written skills to speak to your audience while being a natural problem solver who can think on your feet.
You have a habit of uncovering opportunities and being naturally resourceful and are motivated to get things done.
Nice to have
Broad knowledge of financial markets with some familiarity with wealth management
Experience working within Content Management Systems (CMS) and business listings platform
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Semrush, Adobe Photoshop, Figma.
Fluent in French (reading, writing, conversation)
