As a Coordinator, Digital Experiences, you\xe2\x80\x99ll support the Project Manager and the Digital Experiences team on projects that help bring our fan experiences to life in our mobile apps and websites. You\xe2\x80\x99ll work with Product, Marketing, Global Partnerships, and Professional Leagues on coordinating and implementing phenomenal content, built in-house, ranging from; digital contests; hyper-causal mini games; AR experiences; and larger-scale digital products. Responsibilities:

  • Work with a range of collaborators (partners/external clients/internal departments/teams) simultaneously on several different projects.
  • Provide support at all the phases of a project cycle - onboarding, planning, launching and reporting.
  • Maintain the team\xe2\x80\x99s project management platform by detailing all the projects that are fulfilled by the Arcade team.
  • Responsible for administrative coordination, such as booking and transcribing meetings, presenting key information and achievements, identifying project needs, providing status updates and following up with team members to ensure project fulfillment.
  • Work within CMS systems to support web updates by producing digital and multimedia branded content, as well as leveraging toolkits to build storytelling assets for company and team websites.


Qualifications

  • Background in project coordination, working on campaigns from initial briefing to delivery.
  • Familiar in digital strategy and audience development.
  • Technical competence and understanding of common development practices.
  • Tech savvy with a strong understanding of project management software.
  • Multi-tasker with ability to prioritize many projects.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Passion for IT, digital projects, gaming, and sports.
  • Creative flair and innovative approach.
  • Agency experience is a plus.
