Position: Clinical Coordinator - Patient Support
Location: Dorval -Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote)
Job Type: 12-month contract - possible permanent

Have you been dreaming of getting in the pharmaceutical industry?

Our client in the pharmaceutical and medical industry is looking for a dynamic candidate to join their well-established team! This is a 12-month contract.

In this role, you will communicate with internal and external clients, and respond to their questions regarding the products and programs. The candidate should be resourceful and a quick learner and should also be able to communicate in a professional manner. There will be follow-ups and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

- Fluent bilingualism in French and English (written and spoken) - many clients are francophone and must collaborate with professionals across Canada and internationall
- Strong MS Office skills
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a coordination role
- University degree or other post-secondary education - required
- Background in the medical, pharmacy or pharmaceutical industry
- Keen interest in human mental and physical health - an asset
