The People Development & Retention Coordinator works in collaboration with team members to provide support on the development, organization and delivery of training courses, events, eLearning modules, and related materials to support education initiatives aligning with the organization's strategic plan. As the central point of contact for assigned People Development and Retention matters, this position provides suggestions and recommendations regarding continuous improvements for training processes and systems to enhance productivity and ROI.
In addition, the People Development Coordinator plays a key role in the execution of the TEAM RVH recognition and retention strategy, working closely with various teams to oversee the planning, development, and execution of employee recognition events.
