We have an upcoming opportunity in the Research and Development Department as an

R&D Technician. Your core mission in this role is to assist the R&D team with product development projects and assignments. You'll collaborate effectively with other team members - both R&D and Cross-Functional - to solve critical problems throughout the product development process.

In This Role You Will

Assist with design, fabrication and assembly of concepts and prototypes Test prototypes to verify product reliability and make adjustments as required Design and fabricate jigs and fixtures for testing and replicating various field conditions Participate in product development projects, which include researching and developing ideas for new and current existing products Support daily shop operations through routine maintenance and organization.

We're Looking For

Experience in fabricating, welding and repair of machinery Ability to read and understand blueprints and sketches Passion and ability for problem solving and decision making Must be a self-starter and work well with minimal supervision Bachelor or Diploma in Engineering or Engineering Tech. (completed or in progress)
