What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineering Technology or, Industrial Engineering Technology Student to gain hands on practical experience, while working to support our various production lines. If you would like to work in a dynamic environment, learn advanced machining techniques, and possess the motivation to grow your industry experience, this may be the opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Working with and learning various machining processes including, CNC Machining, Tooling, CMM and more.
Learn of Lean Manufacturing principles, experience CORE events and working with our continuous improvement programs (CORE, 6S, etc.)
Develop specialized manufacturing skills & gain best industry practice experience in advanced manufacturing (Industry 4.0).
Gain hands on experience assisting professionals with special manufacturing facility projects.
Learning to read and interpret blueprints associated with machining operations.
Basic Qualifications:
Must be actively enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering Technology, or Industrial Engineering Technology Program.
Work environment
Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee\xe2\x80\x99s personal responsibility
