Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist benefits administration and payroll processing.
Prepare HR-related reports and presentations.
Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Currently pursuing a Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field (preference given to candidates with prior HR experience)
Good understanding of BC Employment Standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong command of both spoken and written English
A team player who is well-organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and responsible
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Knowledge of HRIS systems, such as ADP, UKG or ApplicantStack, would be an advantage
