As a Human Resources Co-op, you'll gain hands-on experience across a dynamic and collaborative team, supporting day-to-day operations and contributing to meaningful projects that shape our colleague and new hire experience. This exciting role offers exposure to key areas including Human Resources business partnering, talent acquisition, leadership development, and DEI & Culture. What you'll Do:

Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including requisition creation, job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Lead to provide administrative support, including the creation and maintenance of process documentation, templates, and reports.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our HRIS (Workday), supporting initiatives such as referral programs, agency candidate submissions, and new hire onboarding.
Contribute to the New Colleague Orientation experience, including preparing welcome materials, coordinating technology, co-hosting sessions, and leading office tours.
Process colleague changes in Workday, including job requisitions, internal movements, organizational updates, and offboarding, while conducting regular audits to ensure data accuracy.
Assist with Talent Acquisition events and activities, helping to coordinate logistics and deliver a seamless experience for participants.
Participate in special projects and assignments, contributing to broader HR initiatives that enhance our colleague experience and operational efficiency.
What You'll Need:

Attending post-secondary education or certificate program in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a similar field
Extensive experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
Strong integrity with ability to maintain confidentiality and manage highly sensitive information
Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
Exceptional interpersonal, communication (written and verbal)
Customer focused and able to foster positive relationships
Highly organized and has a high degree of attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
