Winkler Co-op is hiring a full-time Delivery Person at Co-op@Home. What you?ll do:
The Delivery Person is responsible for delivery, set-up and removal of furniture, appliances and electronics to customer?s homes. The Delivery Person will assist the Warehouse Coordinator with loading/unloading product shipments and assisting with merchandising and furniture assembly. The Delivery Person will live the Co-op Brand and strive to achieve and maintain positive and healthy relationships with co-workers and customers.

- Are able to perform deliveries, set-up and removal of appliances, furniture and electronics for both in-home deliveries and in the warehouse.
- Able to assemble furniture quickly and effectively.
- Enjoy extensive levels of physical work with heavy lifting and moving.
- Are attentive to timelines and seek efficiency in your work.
- Have good communication skills, attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Are able to drive a 5-tonne truck responsibly.
- Are available for full-time work, including working a rotation of Saturdays and some evenings.
Qualifications:
- Good oral and written English communication skills
- Valid class 5 license with good driving record.
- Able to repeated lift and move items in excess of 100 lbs with the use of dollies, straps and other moving tools.
- Willing to be trained to operate powered mobile equipment.
