The Opportunity

Are you ready to apply your knowledge in the real world? We are hiring 2 Industrial Engineering Co-op students for the Spring/Summer term with our Energy Delivery Services team at our Sackville office.

During your time with us, you will gain exposure to what it\xe2\x80\x99s like to be part of our Energy Delivery Services team, whose objective is to exceed our customer\xe2\x80\x99s expectations in delivering reliable and cost-effective energy and services.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

We\xe2\x80\x99ll treat you as one of our own and your key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Supporting the Energy Delivery Scheduling team with improvement initiatives
  • Gathering and analyzing field productivity data
  • Analysis and validation of work cycle time
  • Creating automated dashboards for KPI reporting
  • Supporting Quality Management program document control
  • Maintaining SharePoint sites
You will be responsible for your personal safety and that of co-workers, by observing and ensuring compliance with all Occupational Health and Safety Rules and Regulations.

Who you are:

Working as a valued part of our Energy Delivery Scheduling team, you recognize yourself in most of the following competencies, and where possible possess the skills and experience listed below:
  • Working towards an Industrial Engineering degree and ideally be in the 2nd to 4th year of your studies.
  • Strong computer and analytical skills are a must for this role.
  • Our ideal candidate is a self-starter and leader with proven organizational skills and must be able to perform effectively in a team environment.
  • You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as demonstrate strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
