Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Development and collaborating with the Corporate Development, Valuations and Financial Structuring, and Strategy departments, this role will provide invaluable work experience in a growing company. This position will begin in January 2025 for a 12 month term.What you will do:

• Support Corporate Development and Financial Valuations and Structuring teams in the development of complex valuation models (in Excel) and transaction execution (mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, etc.)
• Project based research and analysis, including business overviews and financial statement analysis
• Assist in the creation of presentations (PowerPoint), including business cases that will be presented to senior leadership

What you will bring:

• Currently enrolled in a 2 to 4 year Finance, Accounting, or Economics degree or equivalent related program with a graduation date of August 2025 or later
