Business Systems (IT) co-op

This is a 4 month co-op starting January 2026.

JOB OVERVIEW:

Reporting to the Business Systems Manager, this co-op position in Business Systems supports the IT department by assisting in the maintenance, analysis, and enhancement of ERP systems and related business applications. This role contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of system operations by helping with data integrity checks, documentation, user support, and testing activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop understanding of key technical areas of business systems Technical analysis of data size and quality in ERP system Create and review documentation Develop customizations/Fix bugs/ review code Perform unit and security testing of custom code developed

QUALIFICATIONS:

Currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree or diploma in an Informational Technology program Experience with the following: X++, OOP, Visual Studio, SQL, Data entities (Tables) RDBMS, ETL Strong collaboration, problem solving and time management skills Ability to follow processes and make adjustments to processes or procedures as necessary
