We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Cook/Cooks Helper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals that meet the high standards of our guests. The helper will will work closely with the 1st cook to ensure all meals are prepared with attention to detail and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards as outlined by the 1st Cook. Ensure all food preparation meets health and safety regulations. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies. Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials. Adhere to portion control guidelines. Ensure presentation of food is appealing. Serve clients on the line

Shift Schedule:

Cross shift: Approximately 10-hour days. Rotation: 2 weeks on, 1 week off.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Cook in a similar setting, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment. Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in effective communication. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Food Safe Certification or equivalent is required. English Required.
