? prepare menu items using grill, range and deep fryers;
? ensure all food and condiments are prepared to the highest quality in accordance with established brand standards;
? train other staff as required in the preparation of all foods and condiments;
? ensure all health and food safety protocols are adhered to in the kitchen to meet required health code and brand standards;
? ensure sufficient quantities of food and condiments are prepared to meet expected customer demand;
? estimate and recommend amounts of required ingredients to support restaurant service demand;
? ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and in good working order and inform management of repairs required as soon as possible.
