We are looking for a

skilled and motivated

Line Cook to join our kitchen team for the 2025-2026. The ideal candidate is dependable, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Based on experience + gratuities

Day, evening, weekends, some holidays

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, specifications, and presentation standards. Maintain a clean, organized and sanitary work station at all times. Follow food safety and health regulations consistently. Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and kitchen prep duties. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure the smooth daily operations. Adapt to changing menus, dietary requests and guest needs. Support the Kitchen Manager/Head Chef in maintaining quality and consistency in all dishes.

Qualifications:

Previous line cook or similar kitchen experience preferred (lodge experience an asset, but not necessary for the right candidate). Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety practices. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen. Reliable teamwork, communication, and time-management skills. Culinary certification or training is an asset but not required.

Working Conditions:

Fast-paced kitchen environment. Shifts may include days, evenings, weekend, and some holidays. Some split shifts during peak season Seasonal employment with potential for year-round opportunities.

Compensation:

Starting at $22/hr, with higher pay based on experience and skill level. Gratuities shared. Discounts on food and lodge merchandise.
