JOB SUMMARY -

Working with Escape Manor's General Manager, the Cook will be an essential part in the success of our food program. You'll work with other staff members and management to ensure a safe, smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen. We are looking for someone to own the kitchen & promote items to guests in the lounge.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Though not an exhaustive list, this should provide a "snapshot" of what an average week will look like for you. Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned over time and based on performance.

Business:

Preparing required daily prep and/or making orders during service hours Receiving and putting away supply orders Opening/Closing Kitchen areas Maintenance of Daily/Weekly & Periodic Cleaning Duties Lead by example and be a resource to all members of the team Attention to detail, cleanliness and courteous professionalism Manage all aspects of the kitchen alongside the General Manager
People:

Help foster a culture of service excellence while motivating your peers to drive staff engagement Enable a fun work environment and ensure productivity
Facilities and Systems

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, BOH and all Food Storage areas Adhere to storage and inventory systems for Supplies and Sundries Assist in weekly inventory of all necessary supplies and backups Maintain high level of food service standards
