Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience. Prepare and serve food on grill and beverages while adhering to food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including tables, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations for order totals. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed during shifts.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred but not mandatory. Strong understanding of food safety practices and sanitation standards. Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating order totals. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to food service operations.
