Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and plating of dishes following COFU's standards and presentation
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
Support chefs in mise en place, cooking, and quality control
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Required or Desired Skills:
Minimum
6 months of kitchen experience
Advanced proficiency in Japanese language
or higher (preferred for recipe understanding and team communication)
Quick learner and eager to adapt to new techniques
Takes ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks
Proactive and solution-oriented -- doesn't leave issues unresolved
Works efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Compensation:
Competitive hourly wage based on experience and skills, plus tips

Full-time (30-40 hours a week)
Expected Working Hours:
Wednesday to Sunday, between 2 PM and 10 PM
