Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Safely operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, grills, and slicers, and ensure that all equipment is cleaned and maintained regularly. Managing Workstations: Keep workstations clean and organized throughout the shift, ensuring proper hygiene practices and efficient workflow. Portion Control and Waste Reduction: Follow portion control standards to minimize food waste while maintaining consistency in product quality and presentation.
