Duties

Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and presentation standards Assist in food preparation, including chopping, mixing, and assembling ingredients for various dishes Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency Handle food safely by following proper hygiene and sanitation procedures Serve customers with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive dining experience Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and service areas throughout shifts Follow all food safety regulations and company policies to ensure compliance Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Skills

Prior experience in serving, food preparation, or food service is preferred (especially past experience with Popeyes) Knowledge of cooking techniques and meal preparation processes Familiarity with food handling safety standards and regulations Strong understanding of the food industry and restaurant operations Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers and team members Basic kitchen experience, including use of kitchen tools and equipment, is advantageous
