Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications. Assist in meal preparation, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and properly stored. Maintain food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas regularly. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed. Stay updated on current food trends and techniques to enhance menu offerings. Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in a cooking or food preparation role is required. Experience in large batch cooking Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. A passion for the culinary arts and a desire to help create memorable dining experiences for guests.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
