Duties

Prepare and assemble menu items according to established recipes and standards Cook and plate dishes with attention to presentation and quality Serve food to guests in a courteous and timely manner Handle food safely, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen Assist with food handling, storage, and inventory management Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment Support meal preparation during busy periods to ensure efficient service Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and restaurant operations

Experience

Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods Familiarity with food safety protocols and handling procedures Experience in the food industry demonstrating strong customer service skills is highly desirable Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
