These are LIVE_IN Camp Positions (NOT TORONTO JOBS) You must live away from home, not a public transit job.

Seasonal Employment Contracts now, running as late as mid October.

Position:

Cook

You must provide an incident free Police Check with VSS, live on site, be customer oriented, personable, hardworking , and have a love of the outdoors. If this describes you, we would like to hear from you.

Duties:

Assist with training of all kitchen associates

Ensure all menu items are prepared as per the set standard.

Supervise and assist with the day to day preparation and cooking of large quantities of food in an efficient manner.

Control Inventory of all raw and prepared products.

Receive, store, prepare, hold and serve all foods in compliance with the Ontario Health regulations

Follow proper cleaning and sanitation practices for all food, non-food contact surfaces and equipment.

Represent the Catering company in a professional manner.

Minimum Requirements:

Enrolled in or completed a culinary program or equivalent experience in a high volume, fast paced kitchen environment.

Current food safe

Enthusiastic with good communication skills
